These ongoing challenges have led to temporary fulfillment slowdowns across many international routes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Mother’s Day Cutoff: Orders placed after April 23rd (USA) are not guaranteed to arrive by Mother’s Day. We encourage ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Late delivery is not grounds for refund unless the package is officially marked as lost by the courier.
Once an item has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.

Lost/Stolen Packages? Ziella is not liable for lost/stolen packages. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it:
- Contact your shipping carrier.
- File a report with local police (if suspected stolen).

Duty Tax: Duty tax rarely applies due to small order costs. However, it's your responsibility to check and pay any applicable duty tax.
Order Cancellations: Cancellation is valid only within 1 hour of purchase. We process orders quickly!
Damaged Packages: Received a damaged product? Email us at [email protected] within 30 days with proof, and choose between a free re-shipment or a refund.
Returns: Returns accepted for store credit (sale items) or full refund (retail price items). Contact us at [email protected]. Damaged packages eligible for refund/exchange. Customised items cannot be returned.
- Parcels that are returned to sender address without prior contact with our support team are NOT valid for a refund. Sender address and business registration address are NOT the same address as our returns facility.
